mybeeQ aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 business days. However during festive/peak period, please expect to receive your package in 5-7 business days.
Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse soonest possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame because for some circumstances which is beyond our control that your delivery can be delayed at our appointed courier service end.
Delivery Fees
mybeeQ delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are as follows:- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8 per order
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 15 per order
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 500
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 600
Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
Our courier service providers are GDex, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
Please ensure your purchased item follows Malaysia shipping regulation, e.g. "Spray" product is prohibited to be delivered via Air Freight. In the case that your purchased item is prohibited, we will cancel the item and proceed for refund.
Delivery Time
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during business days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that mybeeQ does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
Our Office Hours are from Monday to Friday 11am -6pm, excluding Public Holidays.
